(AIM) Alternative Investment Market - Should I Invest

The answer to should I invest in the Alternative Investment Market (aim), is if you are looking for fun, yes, if you have money that you do not need, yes, if you are a gambler, sure....

The AIM was set up around 1995, it was supposed to be the place where young, entrepreneurial British firms, lacking the required qualifications for the London Stock Exchange’s (LSE) main market, could hook up with bold investors happy to take a little extra risk. In recognition of this useful contribution to the domestic economy, nice tax breaks were, and still are, available for investors.

This also attracted startup firms from abroad in their droves, looking for finance to enable their startup firms and existing firms to expand.

AIM investing is not straight forward or easy, you will have to do a lot of investigating yourself. A lot of the listed companies do not release a great deal of news. A killing can be made on the Eco Scene where anything power saving is tomorrows gold.

A well known high street store Majestic Wines, is happy being listed on the AIM and look forward to one day maybe growing up and joining the London Stock Exchange, just like Domino's Pizza did.

My advice would be, treat it like an hobby to begin with.
Invest in at least 10 companies at the same time.
You will only need one company to do well, to recover your money and make a profit.
If two companies do well, you will be laughing all the way to the bank.

Check out any existing tax incentives, and research as much as you can, before you spend a penny, always be careful of get rich quick schemes, they do not work.

Clinical Trials and Get Paid £100 for Giving Blood

I have been looking at making money from my body. No not that way you naughty monkey.

I was impressed when I researched Clinical Trials, some clinical trials are paying £2,000 for trials plus expenses. I found one site that pays £100 for one blood sample.

This sort of taking part in clinical trials is quite wide spread in the USA, but here in Little Old UK, I don't think many people realise the amount of money they can make.

OK yes there is a small risk of side effects, but that is up to you, to read what you are about to take in the case of pills or medicine. You always have the option to back out when ever you want to. Top doctors and researchers will also discuss the risks, if any, with you. You will also get educated into why they are researching the medicine.

The medical companys have lots and lots of money, and they will treat you like a megastar, plus you will get the benefits of having free full medical examinations by some of the most gorgeous doctors (male and female)you will ever meet.

If you are medically fit, then you will get paid for any trial you take part in, if you already have a medical condition you can still get paid, but the payment may be lower.

If you are interested in taking part in a get paid medical trial, you can search on google for "medical trails get paid" or "donate blood get paid" etc, or you could ask at your local GP surgery reception, just ask if they do medical research at the surgery, if they do and you show an interest, then all of a sudden you will get the megastar treatment. You will get to meet the researcher who will discuss all the trials available locally, and also you can ask the question about how much compensation you will get.

If you do take an interest in get paid to do medical trials, you will find a new opening in your life where you start to understand medical terms, and the way testing is done, which could even lead to a change in career for yourself.

Good Luck hope you enjoy your life.

Get a new car even with a bad credit history or even if you are a bankrupt

Today I investigate how to get a brand new car, this information was gathered after speaking to people who are or have been bankrupt.

This information will also be of interest to self employed people, and people who just fancy a no hassle car experience.

So if your credit history is quite poor then there is no problem.
Even if you do not have a poor credit history, it still pays for you to read this blog. This research even suprised me.

OK so you need a car quickly, you have a new job, or your old car has been taken away.

You are stuck without transport...

Most people look at leasing a car, this information came from a discharged bankrupt, who could not work without a car.
The first thing he did was to look on the internet for his options.
It seems the only people who had any interest in him were car hire/leasing companys.

Yes we can let you have a car for 18 months no problem, we have to do a credit check first though they told him.
They quickly phoned back, almost giggling down the phone.
Here we have an offer for a brand new car, the cost is 3 months rental up front, and 18 payments of £750 per month.
He replied I can buy a brand new car for that, the salesman replied not with a credit history like yours, as he laughed.
It seemed to be the final nail in the coffin, why do they charge so much if you trying to get back on your feet.

So his next move was to hire a car from a local rental company, for a week while he tried to work out what to do. Ding he was sitting in a brand new car that he had rented for £110 for one week.
The icing on the cake was that his rental included insurance, unlimited mileage, all servicing looked after, full RAC cover, and the road tax paid...

After a few days of pondering he went back to the car rental office and asked how much the car would be to rent for 6 months, he had to speak to a different office, but used the phone in front of him. He told the salesman, he had been looking for a long term rental and was checking prices.

WoW £298 per month everything included, he did try to sell extra insurance, just turn it down if you do not want it. No Deposit to pay. My friend had £1800 sat in his bank account, so he asked the salesman how long the process will take. The amazing reply was, you can have the car right now if you want.

So No Stress, No Credit Check, No Problem, he is now driving around in a brand new car, earning his living with a smile on his face.

The moral of the story is never take the first offer of so called help, there is always someone who can short out you short term problems, and sometimes it is starring you in the face.

This is one of the most useful companys I researched with
www.easyCar.com low cost car rental online

Good Luck and Happy Driving.

Free Membership Paid to Click - Business Plan where your earnings grow.

From nothing to the sky is the limit - using this Paid to Click Site where a few minutes a day will turn into a full time enjoyable job, where you are the boss.

No finance is required for this business, you can start this even if you are bankrupt.
No business loans required, just a little easy nice work.

Have you heard of the popular Paid To Click system that runs on the,Neobux Website, that pays you to click ads. Also known as PTC.
You may have heard, or it all might be new to you, so here is an explanation of how you can benefit from it.

This guide will show you how to make real money with them, without paying them a thing.
Not even a penny or a cent.

The guide shows you that you can make real large amounts of cash, but it also shows you that it will not happen overnight.
You will make a few cents when you first start.
While you get use to the system you will be making money, but it will only be a few cents to begin with.
You have to use lots of patience at the start, it like being a trainee in a new career.
Using this method, you do not need to invest anything, only time. If you have money to invest, by all means, do it and you'll see results faster than mine.

The key to making money on NeoBux is through referrals. Without any referrals, you won't make money.
Don't panic the system allows you to finance your refferals, it is all so simple.
You will be allowed to rent referrals directly from NeoBux.
The referrals are real people just like you and cost 30 cents a month each.
Some of these refferals will be active and some won't be.
To "recycle" a non-active referral for an active one you have to pay 8 cents.
It may seem like a lot, but it's worth it.
If you don't recycle inactive referrals, you will lose money.

So you get started with this free system, and your earnings begin to grow. Your finance is growing every day.
When you reach 75 cents by clicking on your own ads which are presented to you by the system (if you don't invest money), you can purchase your first 3 referrals.

Now this is the important bit that you need to follow, because this is where most people go wrong.

It takes a few days to earn the 75 cents on your own and people are so eager to buy referrals that they just purchase as soon as their account reaches 75 cents. People do this without realising that they do not have enough money to maintain their rented referrals and their referrals eventually are taken away because they can't pay for them.
Before you rent referrals you should earn $3 by clicking on your ads and then transfer it to your rental balance. This way you have $1 per referral and you will easily be able to recycle them if they are not active or pay to keep them for one more month.
It will take quite a while to get $3 on your own, don't worry though, it is all free and remember you have not spent or loaned any finance at all, you are now cracking the free system and you will be able to keep your referrals and exchange the inactive ones for active ones without fearing that you will not be able to pay for them. It should be getting quite exciting now, you are running your own business.
You actually have people working for you.

OK now you are a business man, with people working for you, you need to start cutting costs.
This is were Autopay comes in, and autopay is a must in this system.
It should be turned on as soon as you rent your first 3 referrals. Remember referrals should cost 30 cents a month to keep, but with autopay instead of you paying for the referral, they pay for themselves. Autopay automatically subtracts one of the advertisements your referral views each day and puts it towards the 30 cents that referral needs to stick around for another month. So you get one less cent from each referral, but they will be your referral as long as they are active.

Everything is now going quite well, never be tempted to cash out too early, because this will be a huge problem for using this system, with Neobux.
Payments are paid instantly into your Alertpay or Paypal account. You need to keep your cash to put towards buying referrals.
Following this system you will need to put $3 into your rental balance before you buy 3 referrals.
So $1 per referral. Really it is best if you do not cash out until you have over one thousand refferals. Just keep renting referrals by increments of 3 to begin with, later when more money is going into your account you can purchase in larger blocks, and continue until you have 500 referrals.

This will all take quite a bit of time. This is where most people usually fail in business. When you reach 500 referrals, stop buying referrals and just maintain the ones you already have. Keep doing this until the money builds up to about $100 and you can use $90 of it to pay for golden. $100 won't take very long at all to get once you have 500 referrals and once you upgrade to golden your earnings will Double. This is the great part. Golden costs $90 a year but instead of getting half a cent for every advertisement your referral views, you get 1 cent. Your earnings double. That's all there is to it.

Keep renting new referrals after you upgrade to golden and don't cash out. Remember, you haven't cashed out at all, and you shouldn't until you have 2000 referals. But when you do cash out, you will be able to cash out about $50 a day. And that's the end of this system.

Use the on-site forum should you need any help or information while you work away at you new business.
Try to attract direct refferals yourself, to speed things up for you.

Get at least 2 free training courses while claiming benefits

I have recently discovered that Job Seekers Plus at the Department of Work and Pensions have a massive amount of Finance from Europe.
The money if for providing finance to job seekers who are looking for their next job. During my investigation I found that even Job Centre staff do not know about the money, that is sat there waiting for you.

I told a friend of mine about the finance available, just before he went for his 3 month meeting at the Job Centre. He did some looking around on the internet, and selected 2 courses he was interested in, the courses were Cisco Certified Network Associate training courses, and the exams to go with them.

At his meeting he produced his course research and asked for financial assistance to pay for the courses and the exams. They tried to fob him off, saying he would have to attend all sorts of crap places where you sit around all day looking on the internet for jobs. He asked the person about the pile of cash available from Europe, she had no idea what he was talking about. He asked her to check with the regional office, she rang and found out Yes there is money available.

He was told to produce half a page of writing stating why he needed the training and why it would help him get a job. He was able to go home and prepare his paperwork. After asking about how much finance was available to him for his ccna courses, the answer was, "The money is no problem don't worry about".

If you ask for finance, go for the best course(s) and make sure there is an exam at the end of it.

Good Luck in finding a job and getting the finance for the training you need.

Getting credit from a bank or credit card company with a poor credit history.

So you have been in trouble with debt in the past...
or you are a Discharged Bankrupt?
You need a credit card, or even any credit to re-build your credit record.

There are a few sources out there to help.
Please check the intrest percentage rate it could be very high.
Also check any other charges that may be applied to the account.
This will mean reading the terms and conditions completely,
they are written in way to get you bored, before reading the bit where
the credit company sneaks in words about extra charges.

A lot of discharged bankrupts are reporting that Flybe credit cards are being given out to people with a poor credit history. They often come with a credit limit of around £1000 for a discharged bankrupt.
Does not seem bad at all.

Vanquish are well known for the easy way they give out cards to anyone.
Be careful with this one as the intrest rates are very high.

Co-Op bank will give basic current accounts to bankrupts, with an Electron Card, this is a cash card which can be used at most cash machines and can be used on the internet. They do not offer credit though.

Always remember to make your payments to the credit card company or the bank on time, if not you will get into downward spiral of debt.

Refinancing your Mortgage

Why should you remortgage?

In today's exciting market, many borrowers choose to switch their mortgage every few years in order to take advantage of the many new rates that may be on offer. Many remain on the same deal for the full term of their loan could lose out on a range of potential benefits, not least the opportunity to reduce the total amount paid back, which could be a significant margin in some cases.

Remortgaging involves switching your current mortgage to a new deal, arranged either with your existing lender or with a new lender from the many on the internet and also on the High Street.. Current homeowners may want to consider taking this step for a number of reasons, as listed below:

To save money. If you're paying your lender's Standard Variable Rate (SVR), then you need to check with your lender to see if they will offer a better rate and greater flexibility on other available products.

You could save money on your monthly repayments, or even repay your mortgage sooner. If your current lender doesn't offer better rates or better deals on its other products, you should consider switching your mortgage to another lender, but you would have to take into consideration any early repayment charges payable to your existing lender, as this could still mean a net saving to you.

To raise extra money

If you are getting a higher income then when you first mortgaged or your property has gone up in value this would mean you could increase your mortgage to finance any major outgoings such as the expense of your children going to college or if they decide to get married, it would be cheaper to get a lower rate of interest on a remortgage then taking out a more expensive loan.

To improve your home

It can be cheaper and less hassle then moving home to extend or improve your home, paid for by a remortgage or an extension to your existing mortgage.

Consolidation of your existing debts

A remortgage can allow you to release some of the equity you hold in your existing home and consolidate other more expensive debts, such as a holiday, credit cards, car loan or general debts, which can attract higher rates of interest than that of your mortgage.
